You play as Jasper, an old golden retriever who died peacefully beside his owner, Sam, earlier that same day.

Sam is an elderly blind man suffering from the onset of dementia. 

After Jasper’s death, Sam experiences his first severe episode of confusion. Believing Jasper is still with him, he leaves home to follow the familiar routine they shared for nearly two decades: their daily walk to the park.

But the world is no longer stable.

As Sam’s memories, fears, routines, and emotions begin overlapping, reality fractures around him. Objects are being misplaced, and the world the player sees is distorted by Sam’s mind.

Jasper returns—not fully alive, not fully gone—to accompany Sam one last time.
